Icon "Guardian Angel"
Icon "Guardian Angel"
The phrase “guardian angel” is used very often even by people far from religion. This is often the name given to other people who provided invaluable assistance in the situation on the throne. However, from the point of view of Christianity, it is impossible to call earthly creations this way (including you and me). The image of the Guardian Angel is one of the most complex and at the same time simple to perceive. More precisely, people simplified it, translating the Unknowable Being into familiar symbols. That is why there are a lot of misconceptions among people about everything related to angels. However, the icon of the Guardian Angel should be in the home of every true believer.
